Will it remove Plaque?

Yes, a recent study with biofilm expert Bill Costerton showed the Waterpik® dental water jet can effectively remove plaque. The study showed that either the standard jet tip or orthodontic tip removed significant plaque both above and below the gumline. The study will be published a dental science journal called Compendium in March.
