MDIs are FDA approved for long term use. it is a great alternative solution for fixed and removable prosthesis and i have had great success. I also use root form implants. every alternative we have allows for greater patient access to care and a more specific solution to the patient’s chief complaint.
Thanks,
Ben

did you place dummy implants in your impressions and then pour around them? cause theres no way even extra hard plaster would come out of a hole that small without breaking….also next show us the margins of your restorations,,,im sure they all look like pontics…

next time build a composite core around the neck of the mini square head. You’d be amazed to see how good composite sticks to the implant alloy. Just make sure ur composite resin equally surrounds the implant and doesnt impringe the mucosa.

This Actually was completed in a week TOTAL. I don’t like to do it that way but this was a friends family member and he lived out of town. Mini Dental Implants can be Used the same day that they are placed!

Bachelors degree is not required for DDS but is typical. Look at University of the Pacific SDM.

Every one of my patients has the right to the smile that they choose. This patient was very happy with the result.

Bridges, implants & dentures always look TOO STRAIGHT and TOO WHITE; makes them appear so obviously fake; especially in older people. Although, this case was certainly a thousand percent improvement. Interesting…thanks for posting.
