hi, i bought the 36% Carbamide Peroxide Teeth Bleach gel syringe, and the directions said to put the mouth trays in boiled water for 5 secs, but when i applied them to my teeth afterward, they didnt mold to my teeth’s shape–should i leave them in hot water for longer or bite harder??

I am not a big fan of the “mold yourself” trays. You have to be just about perfect to mold them around your teeth at an even thickness and avoid air bubbles..especially difficult in the back areas if you want to go that far back.
However, in your situation, yes, you may need to hold it in the water longer, or it may take several tries. When you pull the molding out of your mouth, look for even surfaces..(warning, be careful of burning your mouth from all these try-ins).
