Properly bottled hydrogen peroxide has no taste. It has tremendous health benefits and is much cheaper to use than many of the ridiculous drugs at the pharmacy.

Actually this isn’t recommended anymore.. Chlorhexidine is the best thing to rinse with.

I have read time and again that you should dilute the 3% hydrogen peroxide 50/50 with water before you gargle, and that you shouldn’t do this for extended periods of time because it can damage your teeth.
I read once that hydrogen peroxide can actually remove some calculus from under the gums, is this true?
